FC Dallas (9-2-9, 36 pts) is unbeaten through 11 games after Brek Shea scored in the 71st minute to lead FC Dallas to a 1-0 win over visiting Chivas USA Saturday evening at Pizza Hut Park. Dallas will practice Monday on the adidas Field from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. CT. The team has Tuesday off, but will return to the training grounds on Wednesday and Thursday. The team will train in Columbus on Friday, following their morning flight. FC Dallas faces Columbus at Crew Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 28 with kickoff slated for 3 p.m. Central Time. The game airs live on Fox Sports Southwest Plus and ESPN Deportes 1540 AM.

FC Dallas stretched its unbeaten streak to 11 games with a 1-0 win over Chivas USA Saturday evening at Pizza Hut Park. The win improved FC Dallas' overall record to 9-2-9 (36 pts).
A win or a tie against Columbus on Saturday would give FC Dallas the all-time MLS record for a road unbeaten streak (10 games). The team is currently tied with Columbus (07/10/2004-10/16/2004) and the Chicago Fire (09/08/2007– 05/25/2008) for the record (9 games).
Brek Shea scored his fifth goal of the season on Saturday, nodding a long cross from Jair Benitez back to the far post in the 71st minute. David Ferreira, who delivered the ball to Benitez on the play, recorded his eighth assist of the season. Ferreira now has two goals and three assists in his last three games. He leads FC Dallas with eight assists.
FC Dallas is 4-0-1 when getting a goal from Shea.
Goalkeeper Kevin Hartman recorded his sixth shutout of the season. He made three saves on the night including two in a one minute span midway through the second half. He is MLS’s all-time leader in shutouts (89). He currently leads MLS with a 0.69 goals against average.
